At 12 years old, Efrem Towns (E.T.) started playing with the Fairview Brass Band. Danny Barker was the director at the time helping the younger generation become involved in the culture of New Orleans Music. At 15 E.T. started playing with the Dirty Dozen Brass Band traveling and recording with many artists around the globe. He played with the Dirty Dozen Brass band from 1981 through 2017 and is now home playing with many different artists while writing new material.
