School of Rock House Band is comprised of 9 of our top students. They all passed a rigorous audition process and are expected to perform at the highest level achievable at the school. Being our community ambassadors, they represent the values and opportunities at School of Rock and each member exemplifies what it means to be a School of Rock student. You can see our House Band perform at local festivals, art markets, and other public events, as well as opening for established bands at local venues.
School of Rock Metairie / New Orleans is a performance-based extra-curricular music program that creates musicians by offering weekly private lessons and group rehearsals that culminate in a performance at a real music venue every semester. We offer free trial lessons and enrollment discounts to all prospective students!
